Are The Decals Hard To Apply?
The application process can be difficult your first time. We offer a helpful instructional video on our YouTube channel that demonstrates the step-by-step application method. We also always supply a second set of the decals that are meant to go on the top of your helmet as this is the hardest area for decals to be applied. When customizing your decals on the Decal Set Customizer, you can choose from styles ranging in difficulty of application. If you are concerned about the application difficulty, we recommend starting with an easy to apply style.
Are the Decals Easy to Remove?
Yes, when you decide to remove your decals, they can be peeled off easily and cleanly. If any residue remains after removal, it can be safely cleaned using common household cleaning products.
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of our decals, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be more than happy to assist you in finding a resolution.
Will these fit my helmet?
The decals are one size fits all! See the measurements graphic below. The dimensions listed are for the decal that goes in each location, not the size of the helmet in that spot - they are oversized a little bit so the design extends past the borders of the helmet.
Will the Decals Affect My Helmet’s Protection?
Our decals are specifically designed to be lightweight and thin, ensuring they do not compromise the protective qualities of your goalie helmet. They adhere securely to the surface without adding significant weight or altering the structural integrity of the helmet. Rest assured that our decals are engineered to enhance the appearance of your helmet while maintaining its original level of protection.
How Long Will the Decals Last?
When applied correctly and with proper care, our decals are expected to last for around one season of hockey. The exact lifespan can vary depending on factors like frequency of use, intensity of play, and the care you take for it off the ice. To make your design last longer we recommend having a helmet bag to protect from marks from your other gear.
How soon will my decals ship after I order?
The decals can take up to a week to be processed and shipped out, from there the wait time depends on your location and shipping method. We recommend selecting Expedited Shipping and Handling if you are in a hurry to receive your decals.
Will I have to pay customs fees when I order outside of the United States?
The fees that you will have to pay depend on your country. We do not pay your customs fees, that is the responsibility of the buyer.
